I bought new indicators, non-led, just smaller and black etc. but when I tried to fit them I noticed they only had one wire coming out and my Bonneville T100 2003, has two wires going to the current standard indicator.

In the photo, the current wires are lined up with each other as they were, and the small black one with the gold coloured connector is the one coming from the new indicator.

So I guess the question is how and what do I modify to make this work?

    Thanks very much!!

Seems a bit odd - do the indicator bodies act as the earth?
Changed mine a while ago but they came with 2 wires - just different connectors.

did you try plugging the black cable from new indicator into where the white cable from the old indicator goes and then running a cable as an earth from where the old black cable goes into connector to indicator body or bulb holder?
