    Hello,

After many years of running Rice burners, I thought it was about time I became Patriotic and bought British. So now have an (02) 955i Sprint ST.
First impressions are good, not had it out of the garage yet, a bit of fettling to do first.

Welcome to the family. The sprint 955 in my opinion was the best all round model they made and most definitely fits the sports tourer exactly. Do hit the upload a file bottom right corner and show of the beast. One big point is they need the services as and when.

    Wow,

Thanks one and all for your very warm welcome. I'll take a pic or two tomorrow and show you my new toy.
Someone may found that I've bought their old bike.

Here it is, naturally, it's in the fastest colour . I can't get it out the garage as the back wheels off. I'm replacing the rear brake pads, dismantling and relubing the swing arm linkage and of course, changed the oil. Always the first thing I do when I get a new bike. It gives a good indication of the engine and gearbox condition.
The design had been well though out, it's so easy to work on.

It came with a Werx exhaust, it has removable baffles, but sounds the same whether they're in or out. Just awesome
