When I got my 1050 it already had a HID installed for the dip beam. I have to say that its beam is less than impressive so I have replaced it with one from HID50.com as it was a chinese one and thought that may be the issue. Despite knowing that my model headlights are not universally liked I have to say main beam is actually quite good and much better than the dip beam. I have to say that it has not really improved anything but since the projector lens has been replaced (not by me) I did wonder if it had been installed in the wrong position., Is this possible or can the lens only go in one axis? I took a photo last night of the beam against my garage door and it seems to have a strange pattern. So any thoughts on whether this is correct or not? It looks wrong to me with light missing from the lower part of the beam.
