    Been new to the triumph family for just over a year now on a 2012 America. Went out last spring/summer for many a wonderful ride. Enjoying the ride, style and comfort of the America.
    Came across your forum whilst searching for parts, which is the issue I want to raise. It seems that so many parts are no longer available for the America and requires further afield searching, which is not always fruitful.
    This time I have been searching for gear change rod ball joints. It seems the right hand ball joint is the only one Triumph do now. Is there a fix or alternative anyone can enlighten me to?

    Welcome to the Family. Sorry I can't help with the bits but just keep searching and you will get there. Just a though but as most thread's these days are metric. Would it be possible to take any other gear linkage and robe the bits of it.

    hi everyone, update on my search for parts for my America. After contacting Triumph regarding the gear change ball joints I was informed that the left hand ball joint is no longer available! But the R/H is???
    Anyhoo, kept searching and it is available in the States! Carried on searching and came across a site that may be of use to others. It is a site for retailers who have surplus stock and low and behold I found one, yayyyy!!!
