Hi Folks, Just joined the forum and looking forward to asking a lot of noob style questions I'm based in Colchester and have recently decided that I am finally mature enough on the road to ride a motorcycle (at the tender age of 43, it could be a midlife crisis I guess??). I used to ride trail bikes a lot in my early days in New Zealand and I also rode a Yamaha 500cc road bike (I honestly can't even remember what model it was) but quickly realised I wouldn't live long so quit that and never got a full motorcycle licence! I'm currently going through the process of getting my Licence with the intention of buying a bike next spring. I'm in the fortunate position that the new Bonneville Speedmaster is an option and after sitting on that (and cutting several others from the short list) it's now at the top of the tree.
