    Hi Everyone

As most of you know my Speed Triple was taken out back in April :-(

I have now purchased another bike BUT not Speed triple. Let me explain before I get any abuses :)

I am in the process of selling my property. Got an offer and a week before completion the buyer pulled out on me. This caused the whole chain to break. So my property is back in the market. I couldn't justify spending 8k to get the speed r at the moment just in case I need the little extra cash for the house. Hence I got this R1 to keep me going temporarily until such time I sell my property. I'm have lots of goodies for speed n the idea is once I managed to get one to use all the goodies on her ;-).

Yesterday was the 1st time I took the R1 for a blast. Bloody hell.....she is fast. I felt speed had more torque upto 100.

I'll still be lurking around here :)

    Thank you All rsz_20170623_204123.jpg rsz_20170623_215856.jpg rsz_20170623_204010.jpg rsz_20170622_005726.jpg

Always thought the 02, 03 years of the sportsbikes were the classiest. These years of CBR954, the R1 and the ZX9R (02 model which I had for 8 years) were all excellent bikes.

    Hey up R-1000
That's a seriously nice looking bike.
Now when you say 100, just remind everybody that is only when you're getting chased by bike jackers or on practice days with the 'Dunlops'
Hope all goes well with the house move, its a bloody pain is moving, right up to the final hour.

    ^^^

Yeah tell me about it. I am so glad I was in full gear even though it was a proper hot day :)

Lesson learned: Stay away from Range Rovers / Be very very vigilant at round abouts / And ofcourse always ride with the full gear on ;)

Hey buddy. Yep it is the Spartan Silicium. Lovely lid. Shame got busted :(

Try sportsbikeshop for the lid. Online orders, hassle free returns.

Ordered it earlier, not the Silicum bit the carbon black.
Helmetcity.co.uk didn't have hte Silcium either.

With this helmet ,Helmetcity.co.uk had an offer of free Oxford bike cover and Oxford tool set...woth about £50.
Ordered Mon and had delivery confirmation on my mobile just this morning.
