Just bought a 2010 Tiger with heated grips (factory?). The switch is on the inner-fill side panel, and when I removed it for other purposes the 3 wires came undone. I cannot find any reference as which wire goes to which connector; my service manual mentions 3 wire colors that do not match the wires I'm looking at. Anyone know where I can get that info? Also, is the little heated-grip icon on the switch supposed to light up when the grips are turned on? My user manual doesn't mention heated grips
IIRC the blue wire is in the middle. Can't remember which way the pink and brown wire connects. No major problem if they are fitted the wrong way. You will soon tell by which way the grips get hotter. Just swap them round if you get your 50/50 shot wrong. I don't remember my icon lighting up when switched on. Sorry.
