Heads-up - Halfords Bargain

I just picked this up using my Halfords card - price on checkout was £178, which is a discount of 46%! Couldn't resist - Halfords tools really are top quality and to get a 200pc set for that money is ridiculous.

 

Agreed. If that's part of the "PROFESSIONAL" range then there's the added bonus of the lifetime warranty - no quibble exchange for failures. I got one of the Professional kits and about 9 months later found that one of the sockets was actually duplicated in the set. Took the kit in to Halfords and they immediately provided the correct, missing item and told me to keep the extra one. Can't fault the service or the product!

 

Why does it include shotgun cartridges

 

At a rough guess I'd say it's so when you've finally reassembled that engine and you find a crankshaft seal on the floor, you can then shoot someone.

 

Yes it is, although the Halfords nomenclature these days is "Advanced". Anyway, it's as you say.
