Anyone heard from Hack Driver, was a regular contributor from the US but haven't seen anything from him for a while.
Hi Folks - I apologize for just disappearing for the last few months. It has nothing to do with the forum or any of the members. I traded notes with DD a month ago and I thought I would be back on the forum in a week at that time - but I was clearly wrong : ( I'm fine other than some minor medical things that have forced me to spend some time in physical therapy. I've just had a laughable string of bad luck over the past few months that has been costing me a literal fortune. I guess I own way too much mechanical stuff and it has ALL decided to break at the same time. The temperature (90's) and humidity (also 90's) kill me when I'm working outside and I'm no good for the rest of the day. I also had a neighbor that had a serious stroke in May and I've actually been spending most of my spare time helping him and his wife while they're getting through their problems. I have one more project to do for them this week - widening the sidewalks for the wheelchair and then I think I'm clear of the BS. Helping them makes me wonder how any man can actually manage to have two separate families (bigamy) and keep his sanity : ) I haven't even been on my bike for the past three weeks. Thanks for the concern. I'm going to make it a point to log in tomorrow and catch-up on things. I hope I can make it to the UK, again, so I can meet you guys. Or maybe some day you all will manage to make a trip over here. If you ever want to see 50,000+ motorcycles at one time, there are plenty of opportunities in the US.
