Interesting. I thought the popping was down to unburnt fuel igniting in the exhaust pipes (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Therefore I'm surprised that baffles would make any difference, other than to muffle the sound a bit. I've got TEC end cans fitted and have never run them with the baffles in. Maybe I'll experiment.
