    Hello collective mind...

I edge closer to a luggage system for my 2010 Tiger 1050... Have seen a a good value (the driving factor) for a Monokey bracket and plate (SR225), bike specific...

Do I then just need "any" Monokey compatible box?

Assuming that it is indeed a simple as that...

Is there any reason to avoid this system?

    Used bracket and plate £40.
    Used box £25.

Mainly for use for commuting and storage while parked up, maybe one day some light touring...but not the main factor.

This all seems rather good value compared to £100 triumph racks etc...

    All opinions welcome

    Thanks!

Hi there. Yes, any monokey box will fit on the bracket.
I've had a givi set for the busa and a monokey for the speed rs and its been perfect. Very stable and very easy to place on and remove.

    Excellent, thank you!

At the moment the seller isn't willing to post it...so it's a no-go unless I can get it from Bury to Oxford...

Now there's a challenge. I'm near Bury so I could pick it up for you, it would then be "in the forum". I'm within two miles of J21 M62 so someone would need to pick it up from me and then take it south. Hhhmmmm.

Wow, that's very kind of you, thank you! I am just investigating...the ad is £40 for the bracket and also the plate.

In Sportsbikeshop it is £58, so new...but I can't fathom if it is just the plate, or the bracket too!

Of course I need the bracket and plate!
