I bought this last year on a bit of a whim and never used it so someone from here may as well make use of it, it is free to whoever claims it first. I would rather it is collected (York) as it would cost as much to post as it was to buy !
I bought one for last years gmu, the cowl for my thruxton fits nicely in there with room for a chain and a couple of teddy bears. It was good for the price even better for free! If no one wants it save it for the raffle. That’ll learn ‘em
I could ride over that way on the way up to the GMU, or if any of our local Yorkshire members are close by they could collect it. Of course Gary P could come to the GMU and bring it with him...
Attending the GMU and bringing the pack for the raffle could be an option. If anyone wants it posting I could look at sending it by the cheapest means possible, better than it being sat in the wardrobe.
Slightly larger DD, I am away at the moment but just checked on XLMoto website and it states 51x35x13 cm.
I might be able to make it fit those dimensions If it is of use to anyone let me know, I can cover a few ££ postsge costs.
It's a really generous offer. Just thought I'd say that I bought one when they were on one of the cheap deals days and, if anyone is interested but apprehensive, it is quite a good product. Probably not the best made backpack you'll ever find, and definitely not the most capacious, but it IS comfortable and does have a decent amount of room and carrying capacity. i don't know if it's a perception but it seems the aerodynamic shape does make it feel less heavy on the shoulders, despite relatively narrow straps. I've worn mine quite a few times and for a couple of hundred mile plus rides and am impressed. If you don't get any takers I'll happily take it off your hands and pay the postage, but, as I have one already, if anyone else is in more need then do let them have it.
Likewise I would be happy to make use of it as I currently dont have one and pay the postage if you are willing to post of course collection wouldnt be an option as all the way down south here in bristol Cheers, Nick.
Okay guys, there are a few who would make use of it, so would it be fair if I offered it in the order interest was lodged in the posts directly above? Dozers Dad Adie P Rudeboy DD, you have first shout. Hope that is a fair way guys.
Apologies for the delay. If Rudeboy hasn't got one and wants/needs it then he should have it. If not, Dozer's Dad's Dad ... sorry ... Dozer's Dad's Wife's Dad should have it! That OK? p.s. they are still available at £10 plus p&p :- https://www.xlmoto.co.uk/course-slipstream-water-resistant-mc-backpack#?list=&pos=1
Fairest way I’d say chaps i was thinking would be good to put my sandwiches in and a small water bottle for trips/work ect
Well cheers Gary & Adie much appreciated I will PM you the address just let me know what the P+P is and how much I owe you, Regards, Nick.
