Probably best to have spare bulbs and you should carry a hi viz vest (don't need to wear it though). Don't worry about the breathalyser kit or reflective helmet stickers.
Agreed on the hi-viz jacket and bulbs. I also take puncture repair kit, my bike documentation, scanned versions on my phone and the originals with spare keys in a waterproof folder.
I have the same as you lot . punture repair kit. Bulbs. Vi vis. Bike Docs. Wet gear. And partridge in a pear tree.
