    Hi all.

I'm just in the process of replacing my fork oil on my 2003 955i which has had a full fork strip down.
I'm aware of the air gap measurement and the fork being compressed when this measurement is taken. However, once the oil is in do you pump the rod and fork to expell any air and set the level again or is the level set before this.

    Thanks

Best you pump and work that air out.
To ensure you get that level correctly set in both fork legs.
