We dived over to Hinckley on a whim travelling back from Stratford so we didn't do the tour, just had a nose around the museum. There are some places where you can see through to a bit the factory but I didn't see any production going on. We only got a few glimpses of certain bits fo the factory, though. I'm sure there are people around here who've done the tour and can say what's left to see.
They were putting together Tiger 1200's when we were there - you could follow the progress around the factory and see the cranks being ground and polished - and a bloke putting pinstripes on Speed Triple wheels by hand. You cannot take pictures in the factory itself so any photos will be of exhibits in the museum.
When was this? I wonder if the fella doing the pinstripes got offered a re-location package to Thailand?
