Hi, new to the forum, just put down a deposit on a 2017 Tiger Sport, while on a test ride though i could hear a raspy/blowing noise from the exhaust, more noticeable at slower speeds, when i got back to the dealer, with the bike on the side stand and blipping the throttle the raspy/blowing noise sounded like it was coming from the back of the end can, is this normal ?.

Well I can’t say I have ever noticed so just started my bog standard 2018 up. I would describe a slightly raspberry rather than raspy note from off idle on blipping but no blowing as such. I wasn’t wearing a helmet which attenuates exhaust noise anyway. You don’t say if your test machine had the standard, Arrow or other can.

Well perceived noise is a bit subjective but I would doubt it amounts to anything significant. Double check with the dealer.
