Where are based? I work as a guitar teacher!!
You have to be really patient...tiny adjustments can make all the difference with chord shapes etc...
Thanks I know it’s a bit crap but it’s the best I could manage! Have put it on the bike now and it doesn’t look as bad as I thought it would!

It’s a mixture of pride and embarrassment really...I wish it was better but I def know my limitations! If I had more time and more appropriate equip I’m sure it could be better but I don’t have ether...coupled with a lack of knowledge and ability means wobbly heat shields will have to do for now!

Hey Matt, that is okay mate, particularly when you are not used to making that type of thing.
Fit for purpose, well done and proved to yourself you can do it. :)

    You said it.

File and sand the holes you are most of the way there now finish it. polish paint or shine. if you look at DILLIGAF's Sprocket Cover it wasnt good looking till he finished it

So the guys at TEC have come back from holiday and I emailed them yesterday...

In the post this morning was a bigger heat shield! They really are cracking guys and I can’t recommend there products and service highly enough!!!

I asked him for a no thrills shield that would cover the exhaust so this is what they sent...I’m really pleased with it! Will pop it on later and post a pic!
