The oil cooler on my 2016 Triple R looks fairly vulnerable to impact from stones etc so I'm thinking of fitting an Evotech oil cooler cover to protect it. I'm just wondering if the design will mean that the oil cooler won't get enough cooling air through it...meaning that my oil will overheat. Anybody got any thoughts about this?

I have these fitted to my 2015 94R. There is definitely an effect, manifesting in the coolant temp bars running one bar higher than it did prior to fitment. Not enough to be of concern imho. Could be different on the 2016, but I wouldn't imagine by much, if any. ATB Bob
Ok, thanks all - I will get one fitted. The tail tidy seems to be out of stock at Evotech and I want one of those too...
You may be best calling and asking when they will make another batch... think they made 50 units to start with
