@Smilinjack I've been building up a route from Grenoble (France) towards the Pyrenees this evening. It's getting to the point where I need to make sure I'm aiming for an interesting place to cross the border to Spain. I've mostly been stitching together roads from Motorcycle Diaries as they have tons of little routes on there, including a bunch around Andorra and slightly east. So, got any hot tips for that part of the world? Or anyone else who know that area?

 

What's your work pattern Saul? How about l give you a ring tonight, or vice versa? Quarter of an hour's chat is worth 50 posts.

I'd like to but time and money are a constraint this year, sadly. This year will be about planning and preparation - routes, costs, timing, bikes etc.

 

Fair play mate, I got it wrong. I have planned my route, booked the ferries, got my pillion in agreement with it all and we are away mid June for 3 weeks. Nothing as ambitious as your plans though. A 1,500 mile figure of eight in the bottom third of Norway.
