I am touring Germany next year on my Bonneville and was wondering if anyone could advise me on what to take with me or what might work if I get a puncture. Obviously it,s not as straightforward with tubed tyres and I have been told nothing really works except a new or repaired tube. Is there actually any product which I can take and be confident using if the worst happened?

A new tube and a puncture repair kit would be the best way to go

I've put this into my Thruxton tubes. Supposedly works in tubed or tubeless tyres.

I fixed a puncture on a tyre with an inner tube with Tyreweld.

But it's only meant to be a temporary fix and get you to a garage to get a permanent repair.

It got me home, about 100 miles as I recall.

I had a puncture in France a few tears ago, no brakedown cover but did have a ' rema tiptop' repair kit.
Stranded in the middle of nowhere, I wasn't holding out much hope.
Pouring down with rain I gave it a go, got the tyre inflated and limped to or destination.
Next day it was still ok, so just ride as normal. Even though you should keep speed down.
Think I done 500 miles on it, and speeds of 100 mph+
Now all my friends carry one.
