Ok I think I have the answer to stopping the emails.... It won't be straight forward and I'm not sure if it you adjust the settings it will effect the previous replies.... Basically. If posting a new thread then towards the bottom of the page is a subscription section... Uncheck and you Won't get any.. Or you can change it to daily or weekly alerts.... If you are replying to a thread then go to advance settings and not just post quick reply.... Then do he same as above.... Hope that helps...:upyeah:
