I connected the OBD 2 with the tune ECU app. Everything is working well but when I go to the reset service intervals it does not light up and will not let me select it to turn off the flashing wrench on my dash. This is for my 2023 triumph rally explorer 1200. Any suggestions???

Connected as in plugged in, or connected as in Bluetooth?

Both, the OBD2 was plugged in to the bike and the tuneECU app was connected by Bluetooth to the OBD 2 .

Hi, I would like to ask for help. Until a few years ago, I had a Triumph Tiger 1200xc and I used the tuneecu version for it, which was bought for €10 on Google Play, and for connection I used bluetooth obd scan of the Lonelec brand.I used it to reset the service intervals. I am currently driving a tiger1200 xcx 2018. Can I connect it to with bluetooth obd scan interface and reset the service intervals? I am not interested in other settings. Is it possible and how to download tuneecu software on android smartphone and use it paired with a bluetooth obd scan interface on my motorcycle...
    thank you very much...
(would use the same interface I have from before without buying another one if not necessary)
