After a cylinder head removal and replacement on my '24 T120 it does not want to start and I am getting a code P28-01. After searching this it comes up with Oxygen sensor (not disturbed) or transmission code, I don't know which it would be. I don't have Tune ECU.

Check all the connections you unplugged, especially the small ones for the cam sensor or crank sensor. That code is often a cam/crank sync issue. Did you time the cams exactly right? Double-check the timing marks. A sensor left unplugged or mis-timed cams will cause a no-start with that code.

Thanks, I have discovered that it is related to the fuel injector on Cylinder 1.
