Took the Rocket out for a spin up to Jolly Bike Shop in Bovey Tracey, Devon. Its a hard place to describe. Chris, the guy who owns it is a bike collector but they also sell lifesize figures and all sorts of stuff. He certainly has a great collection including TFC's in Rocket, Thruxton and Bobber flavours. Great place for kids and bikers alike. Where else can you grab a picture of your bike with a mammoth and a few dinosaurs. Then took a short ride around the River Teign
That place looks quite brillianty mad. Eccentricity alive and well in the West Country. It's also combining two of Rachel's favourite things so I know where we'll be going this summer... Do you want this put on the map?
It really is well worth a visit Cant quite work out how to add to the map Address is JOLLYROGER LIMITED THE MILL, ST JOHNS LANE, BOVEY TRACEY, DEVON, TQ13 9FF,
Looks miles an miles better without that seat back rest and the absolutely horrible wrap around number plate thing.....nice looker now
What a crazy, interesting, and maybe even magical (!) place, @Sleepy Owl! I'd love to see that dealership in person. It looks like one of those places where the longer you're there the more and more you see. The photos of your bike with the big vistas are beautiful. And I'm with @Iron, your Rocket looks so good and tidy with the back rest and number plate thingy gone.
I've got to admit as to why some people, me included, are paying the £5 to go add free, and then get bombarded with spam. I'm on 2 other forums, and I've never seen spam on either one ever. What the hell is going on on this forum, @Rob is anybodys guess.
