Hi Mike and welcome to the Madhouse!:p
A T100T is a 500cc Tiger 100 or latterly a Daytona 500. I always thought that police bikes were 650cc jobbies (Triumph Saint being one version) but I would not be surprised if some were 500s.
H57063 according to www.tri-corengland.com dates it to 1967, so I believe it is actually a Tiger 100.
Hope this helps - and well done finding it. Some prefer the 500s to the 650s so it will be a good project even if the final value is not quite up there with the bigger twins.
    Enjoy!

    Welcome to the forum Mike.
Nice project by the sound of it, you learn all manner of things restoring bikes.
Loads of advice and help when you ask, which is what you've done.
Good luck and take pics at every stage of the project, particularly when you are stripping things down.

Its a Tiger T100T with the single carb and would be a Daytona with twin carbs in that year, factory records might help with if it was ever a police bike.

Hi and welcome, sounds like you have a good project to get stuck into; good luck with it and as ever some before and after pictures would be good.
