Just watched a review of accessories on a T120 with the guy saying what Triumph don't won't you to no. Having rubbished the panniers then the rack, agreed on the rack as was a waste of money and only decorative he then went onto the chrome FINISH. Apparently it's Chrome finish as the spec is that isn't Chrome Plate BS standard and Triumph are not alone regards this. Sometimes it would be nice paying the extra and getting what you expect, £ rules the world.
    Age thing ?

Maybe it is an age thing but shite quality and shite attitude from Triumph is partly why I'm getting rid of my 7 month old T120.

Shame about the build quality on the new T120 - are other models affected in that range? Even worse is Triumphs appalling attitude towards rectifying it. Having said that - I can't fault the Tiger, which is now 1 year old and still looking good and the Bonnie, which is a 2012 model, still looks mint.
