Although not practical with our hills, twisties and narrow roundabouts I still enjoy riding choppers.

Brother sent me some old pix that rekindled some fond memories of 1340cc Dynaglide

Love the photos, @Dartplayer! Conjures up images of Easy Rider with Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper riding through the desert. I particularly like the red and black bike. Thanks for sharing some fun pics! :)

I like the artistry, but the leverage the front forks have over the stearing head gives me the willies!

Nice, I'm an old school fan of these bikes. Built my own low rider with 15" over springers, had it featured in Back Street Heroes magazine in 1989.
    Thanks for the memories.

Growing up in Southern California, I used to see choppers of all kinds. H-D, Triumphs, BSA's, Honda's. Even saw a chopper with a sideways, Fuel injected V-8 sitting in a front yard one day ! My favorites were the ones with hot Honda fours. Some chopper style. Some drag bike style. Never been a fan of the Harley "lump" engines. ...J.D.

Gonna have to disagree with Sandi T and say that this is the best bike out of those you've posted.

Like the plain black and less fussy styling.

    Nice :)

Was the start of ripple finish and Matt, which was subtle. Was a favourite DS, had some good rides

So what's the deal with the extra high handlebars on some choppers? It sure doesn't look comfortable, but then again I've never ridden one with bars like that. I assume it's just for the look.
