What model though? The 955 engine was used in a variety of bikes

    I've done some counting and I'm 17/43...

If I play around with this teeth combination for a more relaxed ride, so 18/42...does this effect other things, like needing a remap or anything...or ...

No remap needed, but I have got TuneECU if you want to calibrate the MPH to a new sprocket ratio, as a change up or down would indicate a higher/lower speed than actual

Offer still open if you want a hand swapping out sprockets and chain (and ECU MPH adjustment), I can even balance your wheel for you:)

Hi red thunder, thanks for this...I'll pm you.

Out of interest though, isn't the 2002 955 efi a mechanical speedo cable...and just measures the rotation...?

    What would need recalibration?

As you had mentioned remapping I was thinking ECU fuel maps and mph calibration...not needed if it is mechanical...my bad
