Well if I were you I wouldn't be spending the refund just yet. I've been waiting nearly 3 months for a refund from a supplier and he keeps saying it'll happen - but it hasn't yet. Just about to go and give him another nudge.

No mate, it is a Poland-based supplier of car exhaust systems that I found on Ebay. The product arrived late but was OK, but he promised me a refund on the shipping charges (due to late delivery) of 12.90€ but to date it hasn't arrived despite several repeated promises from him.

I know the amount of money is peanuts, but I just want him to do what he promised - that's all.

 

Good for you mate...that principle is very important in my book too!
