    Superb if cold weather today. Breakfast at Lepe beach cafe then run home through the New Forest. Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and Romsey.

    Milford on Sea is also a favourite along with Mudeford Quay. Yes a bit nippy today 1.5 degrees on way there!
