Now like most I normally buy EBC pads, Just seen the price on Gold Fren pads and for the price of one set of EBC I can get two sets of Gold Fren.
Normally I wouldn’t go cheap on brake pads but has anyone had any experiences of Gold Fren either good or bad.

Ran them on the R1100RT with no problems at all, took a little getting used to the extra stopping power but worked well and lasted ok.

£26 and free postage for the Gold Fren.
That’s from M&P so reputable seller.
They do quite a bit on eBay and always cheaper than their website.
Had checked Wemoto but they wanted postage as well.

Used Gold Fren on the gixxer, no problem, stopped ther bike with no noticable difference to the OEM one's it replaced. But I did fit EBC to something, and they were better than OEM. You pays your money, you take your chance. On a big ol' cruiser, go for the goldfren one's, your going to lock the front wheel anyhoo !

That’s me sorted when I need to change them then.
But still interested in opinions on the Gold Frens

That’s what I thought, for two sets that’s an excellent price.
When I’m need to I’ll get them.
Have to admit that’s the first I’ve seen them at that price.
