    Hi

Decided to fit a long haul screen on my Bonneville T100 2017, great plan to spend a couple fun hours fitting it. Good start headlamp off - next the rectifier, first bolt sheared with little force applied! Messed the whole thing I had no way to fit the screen without removing the broken bolt, so now paying to have Triumph fit it!

Was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue with bolting?

I had both seat lock bolts snap like butter, on the first sign of movement, they should only have been 20 Nm anyway. The way they snap with gentle pressure, it made me think they were anti-tamper.

Great, really quick reply from Triumph who will cover bolt removal - so my choice if I fit the rest myself or in the dealer - will let the dealer do it!
