Nothing wrong with having credit providing you have the ability to meet the repayments. Just saying....

 

People could lose their ability to make repayments at any moment. Lose their job etc. It's a slippery slope. I prefer to actually own things rather than just rent them from the company, which is what buying a vehicle on finance is

 

Like my old Grandad told me, better a shilling of your own than two of someone else's.

 

I understand your point and if you are comfortable with that approach good on you.
