Hi Guys. Has anyone put a bigger size tyre on a Daytona 955i - I am using 190/50/17 as normal, but wondered if we can get something a bit bigger on the factory rims, just to fill out the back a little
I suppose you could try a 200/50/17 on the back but in all honesty I personally wouldn't as the 190 is more than enough for the ammount of power the bikes put down. Also the wider you go with a tyre the more work it is to get it over into a turn and most of the new sports bikes have gone to the 190/55/17 as they are not as wide. Best bet is speak to a decent tyre fitter before you do this as I am not sure wide you can go on this rim. Cheers Steve
