I bought a pair of Falco Ranger boots from Sportsbikeshop just over a year ago. Recently I noticed that the heel reinforcements had sort of collapsed and become soft.
I returned the boots to Sportsbikeshop, but Falco apparently said that they expected the reinforcements to last approximately a year and that it was not deemed any fault in manufacturing.
So guys, beware when buying Falco products - they may not last as long as you'd expect.

sportsbike shop are quite good at returns and they don't like it when products are not up to scratch.
Worth taking further with sportsbikeshop as they actually say that they will not sell goods if they are not good.

That's what I thought too, as I've used Sportsbikeshop for years without any complaint, but they are just saying they can't do anything and are just sending the boots back to me. I did say I would be letting forum members know, but they didn't seem bothered !
