having recently purchased my Triumph America 2005 what mods would be suggested from fellow members without braking the bank i have looked at braided cables i would like a exhaust with a much better tone something with a bit of humph in it !!!! any suggestions ???
I've had my 2005 Speedmaster for just over a year. I've removed the air injection (using Triumph Twin Power's air removal kit). I intend to get the TTP breathe airbox intake and better air filter. I've fitted a 12v DIN plug (there's a factory made connection in the wiring loom ready for the plug) so that sat nav can be charged as I'm riding. Like you I'm looking to replace the stock exhausts with something with more sound something like short TORs or cocktail shakers
Hi Drifter - Modifications - it depends what you want to achieve : More power? More sound? Better handling? More comfort? Better looking? Where are your priorities?
