An interesting item on the Antiques Roadshow tonight, from NI, in the form of the original jig built by Rex McCandless for production of the Manx Norton Featherbed frame. He designed the frame, really as an aside, while in business with his brother Cromie repairing Ministry vehicles in the 1940's. The jig was valued at £40k - £50k! Catch it on the BBC iplayer.
