Are you sure everything is back and in the same position - sounds like something is missing or been swapped about. Have you tried comparing your setup against the fowlers parts diagram

I'd first off go for the wheel spacers. Did this on my Speed Triple once by fitting identical looking spacers on opposite sides. The brake caliper bracket on some models is easy to jam in not quite right too :)

I think the brake caliper bracket has a slot that should locate on a tab on the inside of the swingarm and it should be free to slide when adjusting the chain.

spacer between the sprocket and wheel is a common one for falling out when you're not looking :)

Usually means something has been left out. Have you checked for washers/spacers under any cupboards? Any wayward grandchildren pinched something? Good luck Joe

Looking at the parts diagram the LH + RH spacers are are not the same so check that first. There should be nothing between the outer face of the spacers and the swingarm.
If the brake disc does not sit centrally in the calliper that's a giveaway.

Had the same problem and found I'd put the spacers in on the wrong sides, hope it's as simple as that.

Got it sorted peeps and thanks so much for the input. But as @tcbandituk said the spacer between the sprocket and wheel dropped out. I didn't even think they had a spacer there. But all good now. Thanks everyone.
