    Howdy.
I have a 67 Bonny/TR6 bobber (I think) - I know it's a 67 by the engine stamp - markings make it a Bonneville, but it has a single carb so maybe the head was replaced..?
Anyway - my brother had this bike built for him and since then, I have always told him when he is ready to give it up, let me know. 10 years later (3 weeks ago) he was ready. So I had t shipped up from Texas, tweaked on it a bit and got to start and out we went. It's a very cool bike.
I'm a Harley guy through the years - only messed with 1 triumph before, but now the proud owner of one so I need to brush up on them - hoping this site will help me know only identify what the heck exactly I have, but keep it running.
So welcome to me, the noob!

    Hi Cooper67.
If memory serves (and I am officially 'old') the only difference, effectively, between a TR6 and a T120 was the colour scheme and the number of carbs fitted. Single carb had a manifold, twin carbs fitted (almost) directly onto the head, which was the same for both models. Mate of mine had a TR6 way back when, and changed it to a twin carb set up within a few days of getting the bike - he did work for a bike dealer, so had access to all the relevant bits.

thanks for all the input and info - I'll check the frame stamp. I'm not concerned with it being a parts bike - I figured it somewhat was - It has a Wessell carb on it too and I know that wasn't stock.
A black ant - I like that lol
As for ever selling it - it's gonna stick around - I'll give it to my 10 month old down the road :)
