270 degree engine consistently misfiring on the same cylinder despite switching coils and HT leads? The crank position sensor is triggering ok and so you can rule that out. The coils and leads are working when switched so it MUST be the igniter or the low tension lead to the non firing cylinder. You can do a continuity test of the lead by pushing a pin through the insulation and taping up the wound afterwards. The cheapest source of replacement igniter is £234 https://www.triumphtwinpower.com/fire-starter-performance-igniter-unit.php Sadly they can really only be tested by substituting a know good one.
