Hi everyone another newbie. Gizmo from Leicester I own and ride a much loved sprint rs in my favourite colour yellow
Just asking to get the ball rolling shall we say . I have a w reg sprint rs 955i and even with a new battery it seems to turn over really slow but does normally start lve looked at the starter cable and it looks very thin to the jap bikes I've had in the past? would this be worth an upgrade to thicker cable or not
Gizmo Welcome to the family. Do drop us the inmates a picture of the steed. Just hit the upload a file button and hey presto. Changing the cable won't improve any thing. Check for corrosion on the cable ends. Make sure your switchgear and solenoid are all clean and most of all you have a good battery holding full charge and correct for the bike. Even try putting the ampage of the battery up a little. Regards Joe.
