If anybody could please give the secret handshake / wink / nod or ought else to admin and get the Kielder posts sticked to the top of the section ????? I admit we don't really need much in the way of admin on here, as we are mostly civil decent folk, but maybe someone who is actually active, could be very useful as admin ????? I am admin on a FB group of close to 400 Bikers up here, doesn't take much doing, as again they are decent civil people. I see only carbon Conquest is the only admin who has looked in in the last millenium, so maybe they could be persuaded to add one of our more active members to management, would be really helpful in case as I have mentioned above ??? What are others thoughts ???? Should we lobby CC to actually get an active admin added ????
Just my opinion but with Dozers Dad as our Senior active administrator we would achieve pretty much the same response as we have now LOL Mr Orange - 1 Dozers Dad - 0
To be honest DD I don't think Mr Orange would get bored that easily, It was only just a few months ago now that a tacho gauge and a few wires kept him busy for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeeeeks
I have reported my own first post! No real policing role required on here, but just simple tasks, like deleting double posts, creating and removing stickies. Be nice to have a contact we all know.
I put in a request for an active member to have admin ages ago but received no reply, for or against, maybe they feel their forum performs how they want it to.
If it's any help I pm'd administrator Rob to sticky the warranty thread on the Speed Triple section and it happened no problem.
There was a member on here a while ago who was "promoted" to Admin but he seems to have disappeared..
It wasnae me, it was some big boys and they ran away!!! Well they would have, if they're legs had still been attached to the torso.!!!!
