When you're buying a new bike and order an accessory (say, for example, a quilted seat for a Speed Twin at £255).
    For your extra £255...
Do you ...get the bike with the alternative seat fitted and that's it?
    Or
Do you ...get the bike with the alternative seat fitted and the original seat loose to take away also?

(Question applies to all accessories; exhausts, indicators, etc.).

    TIA

All extras are add on cost, so I received the items they removed (seat, mirrors)
This may not apply to a package like the highway or maverick kit versions of the Speedmaster Bonneville 1200

    Hi,
Insist on keeping the old ones, and you can put them back on the bike when its time to sell, plus you have the extra's to sell as well

You do get all original parts back as well, I got different engines badges and headlight bezel etc when I bought my Speed Twin last year.
