Hi Guys has anyone else had problems trying to use there voucher given to them when they purchased a new bike? ive been trying to buy a jacket with mine from the dealer for over a month, they never call me back and have said on a couple of occasions that they need to speak to the manager as they have problems with the vouchers?? Then nothing till I ring back then I get the same grief. I know you can only use them at the selling dealers and that’s who I’ve been trying to buy the jacket from
Send them a polite but firm email, but be quite clear that this is not the professional manner you expect from a Triumph authorised dealer, and state that you feel you have been missled with the voucher offer - copy in [email protected] on the email. I was having issues recently with a dealer suppliying parts, tried calling and emailing them several times and got nowhere, untill I copied in [email protected], and then within an hour I had an email from Triumph, followed by one from the dealer and the issue was resolved pronto
Spent the full £500 voucher with no problem at all. £350 wax jacket and 5 T-shirt’s. Triumph West Yorkshire dealer.
