We went to try and sort out some bike clothing today at A1 Moto in York and I have to say that the service we received was spot on, nothing was too much trouble and we were in there a good while and several items were tried and and re-tried all with a smile and we really were looked after A+++ from me we will definitely be going back.
I visited A1 while I was over last year and found the team there to be first class - nothing was too much trouble - plus free coffee and biscuits !!!!
The best bike shop I've been in. Bought my bike, jacket and lots of t shirts in there. Staff are brilliant and nothing is to much trouble for them. Cafe is very good as well.
Didn't buy my new bike there but recently visited the shop sat on all the bikes and will defo go back next time I come to swap really good guys.
It would depend on the type of biscuit Good to see some positive reviews of a dealer who cares about customer service
Since I made the original post both I and my wife have bought bikes from A1 Moto and we both received great customer service again but the true test comes when something goes wrong and my wife's bike had a fault, (it was a used bike) and they took the bike back and fixed the fault but they also fixed another issue which we weren't aware of, so I would have no problem in buying from them again.
Agree with all the above, the staff are very helpful and I always feel as if I have had good service. As mentioned, the cafe is good and they have a showroom full of shiny bikes.
Totally agree, I bought my Tiger from these guys a few weeks ago and they were excellent throughout. Would definently buy from them again.
