Rebuilding engine did bottom-then to end- now kicker is stuck- examined kicker assembly - looks good! Main gear shaft thinks it’s in gear, even though I removed lower gear shaft. Is that because clutch is not releasing? Removed clutch springs- still the same!?? Help!
