Hi everyone, nice to meet. Just bought and getting familiar. Suzuki Bandit 600 and ZX-6e before. Suggestions for user manual for overall familiarity (indicators, warnings etc.)? Also, saw mention of throttle 'snatchy' and having a hard time adjusting to throttle action 1-3k rpm. Is there a technical adjustment to this or do I just have to get used to it? 1st fuel injected bike .. does octane rating matter, have always used lowest grade on all the bikes with no issue. Thank much, Cyril.

Ah yes. Actually my question os regarding my 2005 S$ (post title_) I just bought with 5k miles. Oh and sorry, should have been more specific re: throttle action. Only issue in 1st & 2nd gears at comparatively low speeds or standing stop. Thx!

Hi Cyril, and welcome to the forum. Nice looking bike :) I have a Speed 4, but don't have any problems with snatching. They are high revving bikes, and start to sing over 3,000 revs, but below that it's no problem although they do tend to run a bit hot in traffic. I haven't had to work on any problems ( touch wood ) apart from general maintenance. I've heard of people with early TT600's ( which is virtually the same bike,) having problems with the fuel injection, perhaps it might be an idea to get that checked out. As for fuel I just put normal unleaded in, no need for a high octane. I don't know whether it's legal but you could probably download a manual off the internet  Hope you manage to get it sorted they are lovely bikes to ride. real fun! :D

Low end in 1st/2nd (1-3K) doesn't have torque expected .. discovered hose from airbox to ecu disconnected so put that back in place (rubber couplings on both sides crumbly!) but symptoms continue (not sticking at 4-5k on way down anymore .. still kind of snatchy 1-3k). Tank has slight vacuum after running for a bit so suspect not taking in air as it should .. two nibs towards rear of tank (1 overflow, other breather?). Which is which. If one on right (looking forward) as I suspect can I just stick a wire up to clear? Doesn't tank cap have ventilation mechanism as well? Thanks,
