Hi this is my 2001 Bonneville Café Racer conversion I don't intend to go mad on this just the basic café upgrade I have replaced the handle bars for ACE bars removed the rear mudguard and lights replaced the rear shocks with thruxton length shocks I will be fitting progressive fork springs modifying the exhaust and change the indicators for bullet size ones I have also fitted a new rear light in to the seatpan . I also moved the side panels up so everything fits nicley below are some photos of the progress so far. 005.jpg 010.jpg :

Sweet! looking forward for more, would want something similar for a tail but I think that`d look kinda goofy on a Daytona so I`m sticking with the single seat original look on my project... Kudos for anyone being able to fab metal, can`t weld for s**t or do sheet metal stuff at all for that matter...

Not wrong PIG much respect for anyone with those skills.... Really impressed and although I can weld a little I can only guess what time you spend on that to get it looking as good...

Really nice job you have done there :upyeah:

I am currently converting a CB 750 into a cafe racer but I've just brought the seat for mine so no going to look as good as yours I think.

Fair comment, but on a site where people need help with chain tensioning, the craftsmanship thing may get a little lost... Just sayin' x
