Doesn't it tell you in your service manual ?
I downloaded a Triumph service sheet for my Bonnie EFI from the Triumph website listing the various mileage service requirements.

Apart from changing oil&filter, it's just checking stuff = £182 'bargain'

Call in to the service dept where you are having it done and speak to them. If the mileage is low, as mine was, (1929 miles) then it won't need an oil change but more of a general check over and possibly throttle balance. You could end up paying way less than £182.

Hmm yeah, when I had the 500 mile service, which is basically oil & filter and a tyre kick (sounds very much like 1st year service) think that was £50/£60.
If you subtract the parts £35?, you got £150 Labour.
    A local garage, quoted £100ish

If your mileage is low you can get a annual. which is basically oil change and check tyre pressures chain etc. but barely little else but enough to get your book stamped at around £100. but if you want more expect a bigger bill. (not to be confused with a 6k service).

Just a thought, would my 1st year service be due, when the bikes a year old or a year after the 500 mile service?
