I am debating whether to get a low exhaust for my 2016 speedy. What are your thoughts on the above? How do they sound and what is the quality of the GPR ?

    Thanks in advance.

I have the low mount SC Projects titanium can on my 2016. You can see it to your left. The quality and fitment are excellent. It was a tad too quiet so I removed the baffle and now it sounds perfect, not to loud, no droning. My friend has the SC Project GP70R and it is too loud he says after a few hours of canyon carving. I can not speak to the GPR personally.

    CHEERS,

    Chris

Got a GPR low mount on my Ducati, really pleased with it, good quality and sounds great.
Everyone always says how nice my bike sounds.
I've heard SC project are good quality too, also heard that some are also really loud.

GPR is a good exhaust. I do get a lot of compliments on the exhaust. It's the way it sits pointing upwards (as per Darkman's posted picture ). The sound is brilliant (baffles removed). ...especially when you are coming off the throttle. Overall a good slip on ;-)

I have heard a lot of good things about sc project but never seen one in flesh nor heard one. So can't comment on sc project

Nice bike. I like the fact that there isn't a lot of pipe showing as well.

    Thanks for the pic.

I live in North Wales and at the end of last year old bill were starting to show an interest in loud exhausts so definitely don't want anything to noisy!

Mine has the baffle in, Never been pulled by the old bill, I ride wales all the time, got a caravan in Barmouth.
Always around Bala and the coast roads. Followed a police motorcyclist from Bala one day, he overtook a car and I followed, upto about 100mph, then slowed again, I followed him for about 10miles, he knew I was behind him and opened it up quite a lot especially going round the corners, I think he half expected to pull away going round some of the bends.
He got away at an traffic island and pulled over, he then followed me for a few miles, before pulling off.
Ducatis are noisy standard and I think the police just don't bother them, there are no markings on the gpr exhaust stating not for road use either.

I have to say that I am leaning towards a GPR. I will let you know what I decide towards the end of the month.

Thank you all for your comments.

I will note relative to Mr. Plod's fascination with decibel limits - my SC Project can came with a credit card sized document showing the can met ECU limits and specs. I thought that was quite useful and a nice touch. That should be a free pass with Mr. Plod :).

I purchased the HP Corse exhaust. They didn't have them up on their site when I purchased so I contacted them. They did in fact have 3 different types made for the 16 speed.
